See Group Limited is the UK holding entity behind See Tickets, an international ticketing services business based in Nottingham and owned by CTS EVENTIM. The company provides an online platform and supporting services for the sale and distribution of tickets for live events, including music, theatre, festivals, sport and comedy, to consumers on behalf of event organisers, venues and promoters.

Revenue is generated primarily through ticket transactions processed via its consumer-facing site and organiser-facing tools, with additional income from booking, transaction and delivery fees, as well as fees on authorised secondary resale. Its direct paying customers are event promoters, venues and organisers who contract for primary ticketing and related managed services, while end-consumers use the platform to search for events and purchase tickets.
